1. Who we are

Restokk is operated by Kendall Group Ltd. In these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” mean Kendall Group Ltd. Contact us at [email protected].

These terms apply to your use of Restokk. Our privacy notice explains how we handle personal information, and our cookies page explains browser storage.

2. The service and plans

Restokk lets you save public product links, check available stock information and receive alerts when we detect a confirmed change from out of stock to in stock. You can use the web app and email alerts. An installable web app and push notifications are available on supported Android browsers.

The current free plan allows one saved product link per account, including a paused watch. Each retailer or variant link counts separately. Remove the saved watch before adding a different product.

Restokk Plus is not available to buy yet. The advertised £4.99 monthly price for unlimited saved products describes the planned paid plan. Creating a free account does not start a paid subscription. We will explain the price, payment and cancellation terms before accepting any future paid upgrade.

3. Your account

Use an email address you control, provide accurate account information and keep your password and verification details private. Tell us if you suspect someone has accessed your account without permission.

You can change your password and sign out of all devices from your account. Password resets revoke existing sign-ins and remove push subscriptions, so you will need to enable push again on your devices.

Choose the products and alerts you want. Pause or remove a watch to stop further checks, or disable push on a device in Alert settings. An alert already being delivered may still arrive.

4. Stock checks and alerts

We aim to check products about every 15 minutes. Busy queues, network issues and retailer restrictions can delay or prevent a check. Some pages or variants cannot be read reliably. We show an unknown result or checking note when availability cannot be confirmed.

A product already in stock when you add it does not generate an immediate restock alert. Alerts require a confirmed out-of-stock to in-stock change. Restokk does not guarantee that every restock will be detected or that an alert will arrive before the product sells out.

Retailers control their pages, stock, prices and delivery. Always check their current information before ordering. Restokk does not buy or reserve items, enter raffles, bypass queues or access your retailer accounts. Any purchase is between you and the retailer, under its terms.

Shop-directory checks describe specific samples at the dates shown. They do not guarantee support for all products from a shop or imply a retailer partnership.

5. Using Restokk fairly

Use Restokk for lawful product monitoring. Only submit public HTTPS product pages. Do not submit private account links, credentials or links designed to access private systems.

Do not attempt to access another person’s account, bypass service limits or security controls, overload the service, or use Restokk to evade a retailer’s access restrictions. Our checker respects published bot restrictions.

You may use the website and app for their intended purpose. Our branding and original artwork remain ours or our licensors’. Retailer and product names belong to their respective owners.

6. Changes and ending use

We may maintain, improve or change Restokk. We will explain material changes to the service or these terms through the website or an appropriate account notice. A free account will not become paid without your agreement to an upgrade.

We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect accounts, comply with law or address misuse. Where practical, we will explain the reason and how to contact us about it. You can ask us to review a restriction.

You can stop using Restokk at any time. Remove watches to stop their checks and delete their related alerts. To close your account and request deletion, email [email protected]; we may need to confirm that the account is yours.

7. Your rights and getting in touch

Nothing in these terms removes rights you have under applicable consumer or data-protection law, or limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited. The practical limits of stock monitoring described above do not override those rights.

If something has gone wrong, contact Restokk support with enough information for us to investigate. For shop orders, delivery or returns, contact the retailer directly.
